This has to be without a doubt the best spot in Brighton to experience the City’s atmosphere, vitality and quirky boho vibe.. restaurants, bars, pubs , theatres, cinemas, places of interest all within a hare’s breath distance.. a 5-minute walk from Brighton Station.. you really won’t be disappointed
Our apartment forms part of Regent House which was built in 1808, originally used as a guest house owned by Lady Fitzherbert.

Other things to note
The property has 4 flights of stairs and no lift just to bear in mind when booking…

We also have no TV’s in bedrooms as we feel there is so much to do , you will be pooped at the end of the day and will just fall into a heavenly sleep in our super comfy beds

Please note before making your reservation the neighbouring area does not have night clubs but does have a pub with a licence until 3am weekends and can be pretty lively (putting it here politely) so if you’re looking for a zen retreat this may not be the right place for you but it is a safe comfy space to enjoy the atmosphere our City is famous for

There is parking 2 mins walk from apartment in the same street this is an extra charge see tariff in photos there is also a car park at Brighton station that is more reasonable and we have included prices.. or there is the park and ride out of the town as you will not need your car once you arrive

Please would you open windows gently as it is an old listed building and the sash windows need handling carefully.. if you decide to take the sash stops out, please be mindful to store safely and the windows will open fully.. we only recommend this if you have no children staying at the property.. the sash stops are to prevent fully opening
